Study and stay on the Penryn Campus

Residential Accommodation – All-in-one convenience

If you prefer a more structured, activity-based environment, our on-campus residential accommodation is a fantastic option. Located directly on the Penryn Campus, everything you need — from classrooms and dining to evening activities — is all in one place.

This option is especially popular with our Junior Summer School students, offering security, fun, and round-the-clock support. Evening activities include games, sports, quizzes, film nights, and weekly social events, all designed to help students make friends and feel at home.

What’s included:

  • Modern, comfortable rooms (1–2 students per room) with en-suite bathrooms

  • Full board with a variety of meal options

  • Common areas for socialising and relaxing

  • Access to sports facilities (and a gym for students aged 18+)

  • 24/7 on-site staff support

  • Free accommodation for group leaders

Homestay Accommodation – A truly local experience

For students who want to fully immerse themselves in British culture and language, staying with one of our hosts is the ideal choice. Living in a real home offers the chance to practise English in everyday situations and build meaningful connections.

All of our hosts are carefully selected and vetted to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. We know each family personally and can match you based on your interests, hobbies, and preferences. Before you arrive, we will help you connect with your host so you can exchange greetings before you arrive.

Your homestay accommodation includes:

  • A private bedroom (single or shared for families/groups)

  • A quiet study area and internet access

  • Full board (meals included)

  • Friendly social time and cultural exchange

  • For students aged under 18, hosts will also collect and drop off students at the campus

For adult learners or families looking for greater independence, we’re happy to recommend alternative accommodation options near the campus. Whether you want a self-catered apartment, a cosy B&B, or a bit of luxury, Cornwall has something to offer.

Popular choices include:

  • Private apartments and houses – from £600 per week

  • Bed & Breakfasts – from £80 per person per night

  • Boutique or luxury hotels – from £100 per person per night
