Our Family Summer School gives younger students the opportunity to grow in confidence, make friends from around the world, and explore new activities in a safe and supportive environment. At the same time, parents can focus on their own language learning, join cultural excursions, or simply relax by the coast—knowing their children are in the care of our experienced and qualified staff. This unique balance of independence and connection is one of the most valued aspects of our programme.

Afternoon activities and cultural excursions

Our afternoon programme is packed with variety. Active options include surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, coasteering, football, tennis, cycling, and beach games, plus relaxed social events like BBQs and bowling. Cultural excursions take you to Cornwall’s highlights, such as St Ives & Tate St Ives, the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, Porthcurno’s Telegraph Museum, outdoor theatre at The Minack Theatre, and the world-famous Eden Project. Every experience is designed to be enjoyable, social, and a chance to practise English in real-life situations.
